Dear blog diary. Today Greg asked me to go out with him on a double date, the only catch was - I had to pretend to be older. Being the genius I am, I decided to wear a fake moustache, speak in my lower register and call myself the name I always wish I had, Phil Packer. I'm pretty sure we had the girls fooled, that is until Mike & Carol (mom and dad) showed up at the same restaurant. Ugh. How foolish I felt. Will the embarrassment ever end? Boy, I really learned a lot today.

2. Don't try to be something your not.
and
3. Find out in advance what restaurant your mom and dad are going to and go someplace else!
