Is it possible to do one without the other?
the pointer finger is so big, no wonder it was damaged. Although, you'd think you'd be able to keep track of it a little better. I suppose you have to sacrifice something if you need to set an example.

First Listen: Brendan Benson - my old, familiar friend

First impressions: It's a good album. Typical Brendan Benson rock pop. Keyboards featured prominently on most songs. Very radio friendly. Hopefully his exposure with the Raconteurs will give his solo outings a wider fan base. He deserves it. While there's no new ground being forged on this album, it's a safe, summer spin. Enjoyable, but I probably won't come back to it very often. C+ all the songs kind of sound the same...

Dear blog diary. Today Greg asked me to go out with him on a double date, the only catch was - I had to pretend to be older. Being the genius I am, I decided to wear a fake moustache, speak in my lower register and call myself the name I always wish I had, Phil Packer. I'm pretty sure we had the girls fooled, that is until Mike & Carol (mom and dad) showed up at the same restaurant. Ugh. How foolish I felt. Will the embarrassment ever end?
Boy, I really learned a lot today.
1. You should act your age.
2. Don't try to be something your not.
and
3. Find out in advance what restaurant your mom and dad are going to and go someplace else!

Middle of August? Sheesh.

We are busy working on our next Sketch show, which will open in a month... Tentatively titled the Curious Comedy Hurly Burly Spectacular. It's going really well so far. Poster to come soon.

If you have a talent (hidden or not) come audition for our new game show Mauled By A Bear! The show will start up this Autumn at the Curious Comedy Theater. We're partnering with Portland Community Media to create a unique game show where Portland can display their talents in front of a panel of judges. If the judges don't like what they see contestants may get MAULED by a bear.

Auditions to be held at the Curious Comedy Theater on Sunday August 30th at noon.
