At the end of this summer it will be three years that Stacey and I have lived in Portland. We have a great theater and a shitty apartment... so we finally took the next step and made an offer on our own house.
It's a townhouse, not a HOUSEhouse, but it is lovely (especially comparing it to the tiny box we've been living in for seven months).
We'll finally have a place that we can comfortably invite guests over / entertain / or even house guest-performers who we have at the theater. It's exciting!
The place isn't exactly ours, yet. Our offer was accepted and we still have to go through the closing, but if all goes well - we should be moving in by May first. We'll have a big house-warming / birthday party!!!
